In Person with Staff
For all student account payments (tuition/accommodation/library fines), you can head up to the Finance Department (Third Floor, Minerva Building) where a member of the Finance Team will support you in your payment via card (MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Electron cards are accepted), cash, cheques and banker’s drafts.
Payments by cheque/banker’s drafts must be in Sterling and made payable to “University of Lincoln”.
On the reverse of the cheque please print your Student ID, name and address.
Please note, payment by cash should only be used when no other option is available to you. We strongly discourage the use of cash when paying tuition and accommodation fees for security reasons, we advise all students not to
carry high value sums of cash unless absolutely necessary.
Please do not send cash through the post under any circumstances.
If you would like to make payment over the phone using a credit/debit card (MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa
Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Electron cards are accepted) we can facilitate this. Please call our Accounts Receivable
Team on (01522) 803120 where funds can be allocated directly to your account.
Payments can be completed via our secure online pathways using a credit/debit card (MasterCard, MasterCard
Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Electron cards are accepted). Using our online systems you can choose to
either pay your tuition in full or alternatively set up an automated instalment plan. You can also make payments for
course trips, materials and events through our Online Store.
Paying in instalments
All students are able to set up an instalment plan of between two and nine payments. Payments are made on a monthly basis on the 15th of each month commencing in September or the month following your enrolment, with the final month scheduled no later than May.
Our online payment facilities are held on secure websites, shown by ‘https://’ and an image of a padlock in the
Bank Transfers can be used to complete tuition payments to the University. When completing a bank transfer
please ensure that you provide all of the following information:

Please note: monies sent using this method within the UK are usually applied to your University account within one week of being sent. Monies sent using this method from outside the UK can take longer due to differing processing times within the banking systems
